いつか自分で何かしらお店を持ちたいと思いながらニュージーランドとオーストラリアで生活を続けた日々、そんな中オーストラリアのメルボルンという町でバリスタという職業に出会い、また日本でラテアートというものに出会ったことによりひとつの道に繋がりました。
メルボルンではバリスタとして一からの修行。貴重な経験をしながら技術を磨き、そして帰国。今の店舗との出会いがあり開業を決意しました。
仲間も増え、それぞれの個性を出し唯一無二のお店作り
2019年2月には姉妹店として浅草エリアにUP TO YOU COFFEEという小さなコーヒースタンドをオープン
